The L.E.A.N. Expectations program is made up of three separate classes that can be taken at any time from pre-pregnancy through the first trimester to postpartum and are aimed at incorporating healthy practices in the four pillars of health.These four areas work together to make healthier Moms and babies during pregnancy and throughout all stages of life.
The three classes that make up L.E.A.N. Expectations can be taken individually or in a sequence.

Eat Right Now - Experience Optimal Nutrition During Pregnancy and Beyond.
Live Right Now - Make a Smooth Transition from Pregnancy to Motherhood.
Each class is two-hours long.
L.E.A.N. Essentials is a classed based on the L.E.A.N. Start Program material. It is designed for parents with children ages 3-12. This is an introductory class for parents who are unable to commit to a 6-week nutrition course or are uncertain about the concept of nutrition.
A L.E.A.N. Essentials class is a one time fast paced and highly interactive class that is designed to take no more than 2 hours.
The L.E.A.N. Start is a comprehensive 6 week program to help families with children ages 3-12 reach their optimal level in the four pillars of health: Lifestyle (how you live), exercise (how you move), attitude (how you think) and nutrition (how you eat).

Week 2: Brainy Breakfast and Healthy Carbs
Week 3: Veggies and Fruits
Week 4: The Skinny on Fat
Week 5: Power up with Protein and Play
Week 6: Water your Growing Child and Coach Evaluation
The L.E.A.N. start program is based upon scientific research and designed by Dr. William Sears "America's pediatrician," and best selling author as well as other experts in the field of children's nutrition, health and fitness. The four pillars of health work together to make families healthier -- at any age and any stage of life.
Each class is 1 hour long.
