Who loves smoothies?
Here’s a smoothie I made the other day that everyone in my family enjoyed. Hope you do too.
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
2 large carrots cut up
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup organic almond milk
2 cup of water (I use a Propur USA)
Blend on high
(If the smoothie is to thick just add more water until you reach the consistency you like.)
