Mango Smoothie

Who loves smoothies?👋🏻


Here’s a super simple recipe that tastes delicious and is nutritious!


2 cups frozen mango

1 cup frozen cauliflower rice

1 banana

2 cups milk (I used almond milk)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used drinkorgain)

Blend it up on high for a few minutes

Enjoy!


Frozen cauliflower rice is a great addition to any smoothie. It doesn’t change the flavor but adds and extra layer of nutrition and replaces the need for ice which waters down most smoothies.


There are so many variations to smoothies and we often switch it up in our household, but we’ve been enjoying this one a lot lately so I thought I would share. *depending on how many people you need to serve you may need to double or even triple the recipe.
